Announcing Verboten StageONE, a new summer event series that distills the best parts of a festival setting into a single outdoor stage on Brooklyn's Williamsburg waterfront. StageONE will feature world class DJs, a massive sound & visual installation, food vendors, games, and an amazing waterfront location.
The series kicks off July 4th with Never Say Never and the Verboten NY debut of SASHA, playing alongside Supplement Facts / Wisdom of the Glove boss GUY GERBER and MAYA JANE COLES, supporting her debut album. They are joined by Verboten & Circoloco resident DAVIDE SQUILLACE and New York / Berlin underground troublemaker BILL PATRICK for a non-stop day of music. Tickets on sale now, with more editions to be announced soon.

This is being held at the same park/area where they usually hold Smorgasburg on the weekends.
Its a cool location, but is anyone worried they will get noise complaints or will really keep the music volume low since there are so many residential buildings right next to the site?
8 hours of cranking bass might piss people off when its right outside their door. I'm hoping this isnt the case though |

That's why it's from 2pm to 10pm, instead of midnight... They have a permit so don't worry about who's gonna worry about the noise. |
