Fourth Amendment protection against unreasonable search and seizure. I would say this is pretty ing unreasonable. Maybe log off go follow some suspicious black people or what ever it is you do to clear your head. The country is the way it is because of mongoloid patsies like you that will take a broomstick way past the safety marker up your rectum and giggle.
I mean the whole reason the 4rth amendment exists was to safe guard against unwarranted breaches of privacy. I mean what ing kind of idiot sauce are you taking that would allow you to do the required mental gymnastics to not see what was disclosed as a pretty ing big breach of that amendment. You should care because they are eventually going to come for your little rave pills so this does affect s like you who have become so ing stupid and complacent. Im pretty sure you would take any form of abuse as long as you have access to rolling bass lines, super saw leads and a glow stick to entertain yourself while you twitch in the corner. |
You know nothing about me, you know nothing about the fourth amendment, you know nothing about the programs Snowden leaked information on. Go do some research before you make another inane post and waste more bandwidth. |

If the government made a new law that said you should all go yourselves and then jump of a cliff, surely you would do it?
But the law says...but it isn't spying, see here, they call it collecting metadata... They haven't even listen to you, they only have information on everything you ever done...If you open your mouth, what comes out isn't your property, it is the governments property, see here, they say so right here...It wasn't killing shooting that women, the law told me I should do it, and I even got the badge of honour for doing so!
SS next anyone? You are a disgrace to the human race. |

Are you insane? You realize metadata does not include recordings of your phone calls right?

Yes I realize that, but do you actually think we wont be sitting here in the future. Having the exact same discussion when some "traitor" blows the whistle about that the government spies on you through every microphone in your surrounding?
You will then tell me that there is no problem, because the law says it's the right thing to do. And the sound waves that came from my mouth wasn't my property to begin with.
Insane, insane. Yes it is insane, it was you who inspired me, how could it ever be anything other then insane? |

No, it actually doesn't you unbelievably vapid moron. It protects against unwarranted searches and seizures. Collecting metadata, not listening in on your conversations or reading your text messages, isn't exactly a search or a seizure considering that information is already not your property. Anything you do online is not your property, it belongs to your ISP. Your cell phone data doesn't belong to you, it belongs to your carrier. If you really think this is a breach of the 4th amendment you should join the Tea Party and move to Alabama. |
you do realize companies are people so claiming i don't own them doesn't change the fact someone does. They already admitted to breaching the 4rth amendment regarding data mining on one occasion because they held the information too long. So it does apply. The ACLU seems to want to spend millions on taking this to court so i'm pretty sure, between you wads who don't have a law degree and a pretty unanimous agreement within the legal community that isn't under the governments boot that this is pretty much the definition of abuse of search and seizure.
I would retort the idea of joining to tea party with a suggestion you move to China seeing how you love big brother in the really gay me side ways then backwards without a condom all day and night and then call your friends and just spray that aids on my face kinda way. |

The ACLU sues about everything.
Unanimous agreement that this is illegal is completely inaccurate in every sense of the world inaccurate.
