Claudio PRC has been a fav of mine for a while...just really deep hypnotic atmospheric techno.

I was huge on that whole ReverbTechno thing 4-5 years ago, but now I dunno, a lot of it just sounds really bland to me now..
I really liked this EP though, I think it's for free on Ness' soundcloud now because of some disagreement with the label.
I also liked this recent one, it's not as wishy-washy as lot of that other stuff.
