There aren't many things I hate, but long-haul flights, nasal swabs, the realisation that Aphex Twin's "Come to Daddy" was released 25 years ago, and applying for visas are definitely among them.

My "extended" Friday (which began late Thursday and ended well into Saturday) had all this. On the bright side, I'll spend a year in South Korea and hopefully learn the language. Problem is Stu and I are now both pretty much in the same time zone :p

Hoo boy you're not kidding. My pocketbook took a hit after that visit. He made some awesome adjustments though and I can't wait to get out there and test it out.

Do you ever feel a big one coming and immediately know by the feeling in your rectum that it's not going to be without pain unless you quickly ingest a lot of water to soften it? Happens to me on most Mondays after all the beer dries me out on the weekend, yet it still almost always gets me by surprise. The first time my coworkers saw me squirm at my desk, chugging bottles of water while simultaneously desperately trying to hold something in, they asked me what I was doing. I explained, and it turned out many suffer through it without this water trick.

i usually can't tell if it will be big or not, diarrhea being an exception. when i get diarrhea pains i usually have 3-4 waves of in the course of an hour. beer has the opposite effect for me, its usually rapid fire 4-5 s throughout the day. I'm not a fan of the hard s and seldom get them. you might have to invest in stool softening pills. maybe its the Scandinavian air. if you enjoy that pain then don't change anything

This would have been a major problem 10 years ago, lol. When people were actively posting, and needed moderation? The Diplo/srussell thing? That was lol. I just don't know any more.

Easter is such a dumb holiday. Easter candy is superior to Halloween candy though.

I had two eggs at work today, a blue and a red one.
Strange things happen.

I spent this Good Friday on top of a massive hill in the middle of nature tripping on shrooms with some mates, playing our DJ sets through a little speaker rig and having a proper laugh. Absolutely amazing, and the first time I've had a proper shrooms experience.

Rona finally got me. Isolating until tomorrow, inclusive. Monday I shall return to the world just like the resurrection of Christ. Doing Easter hardcore.

Christ, my local high street is a mess. I just went to the local grocery store for some tonic water and passed:

1) a man yelling into his mobile 'COME ON THEN MATE' repeatedly;
2) a woman in a very tiny skirt with a full (glass) wine glass trying to walk in a straight line;
3) a murdered out Mercedes driving on the sidewalk/pavement;
4) a man motor-boating a woman; and
5) a child (???) holding his mother's purse as she threw up outside of a Subway.

What the is going on? I felt embarrassed to be (relatively) sober.

Jenny: Hope you're doing alright, you bitch.

Jack: Sounds like a, uh, Good Friday. Play any Shpongle?

Stu: We had some good times around here over the years, hah. You must be half happy things have died down!

Nick: Surprised it took you this long to get a professional fitting for a bike, tbh, based solely on how athletically competitive you seem to be! A family friend used to be a custom bike builder, was the top seller for Seven Cycles one year and made bikes for Jerry Seinfeld and Bill Gates, amongst others. Was a mechanic for the US national team and US Postal, too. His bikes cost like $10,000, but that was 20 years ago. No clue what he charges now. I don't ride bikes, but I remember him telling me it was essential for longevity to get fitted properly. One was just damaging their body riding otherwise. Definitely worth whatever money you need to pay!

Planetary Pooper: JEO is in Finland, which is Nordic, not Scandinavian. :whip:

JEO: Do you not drink lots of water on Sunday? I thought that was what Sunday was for?
Silky Johnson
No dude. Sunday is for Caesars/Bloody Marys and/or Mimosas or Bellinis. At least around here it is. 😎
