Got to say from a producers point of view PVD's kick's, bass lines and hi hat patterns are all the same in construction. So there is a slight lack of experimentation.
BUT he is a good quality producer.
Look at Push/M.I.K.E/Plastic Boy ETC or Lange they always use the same synth for their main riffs BUT IT WORKS.
I think by making some things standard within your tunes you are basically putting your trademark on them.
However you cant take it too far - e.g ATB |

that's true
they all sound the same.
It's good for an artist/remixer to have his own sound and style (like Mike Dierickx) but PVD's style is just straight up to too plain, absolutely UN CREATIVE. |

Paul is like a "father" to me couz of his liveset on my first time clubbing affect me alot.
he converted me 100% and i can tell you the memory of that night was UNFORGETTABLE!
