no i wouldn't but i know a few people that have been "busted" for minor posession, they went to court and the judge just threw it right out. it may not have been passed yet, but as many judges have said "It's neither against the law, nor legal, it's between the law."
(don't ask me for a source.. i've read many of these articles in the paper as of late.) |

| We were stoned really bad one day and went to a gas station, it was bussy and the cashier asked my friend if he had gas to pay for. He ws like yeah i always have gas. So we buy like chips and stuff and the price is like $45.00 hes like ok and almost gives him a 50bill. I started laughing and stopped him, he was like WTF man!?!?! your embarasing me. i was trying not to laugh and a long line formed behind us as i tryied to explain that 2 bgs of chips were only like $3.00 and he ws paying 50$ for it cuz he said he had gas. THEN i had to explain it was a GAS station. Everybody was laughing at us and the chashier got piseed cuz we were taking to much time and we meesed up his system of gas payments for some reason. that was soo funny. |

In Ontario, posession under one ounce is decriminalized now. Not LEGAL. The most you can get is a fine but if you challenge it and go to court the ticket is thrown out 100%. The laws are currently being re-written but as it stands possession is not a criminal act. Now if you were hotboxing car and didn't have a driver that was sober after to drive the car you might get in . |

You dont even get a fine 1/2 the time.
the other day a cop came up to me and a few friends when we were smoking in a park, and he just told us to put them out, so we did, walked under a bridge, and smoked the rest ;D |

LOL! Thats why I love Brampton. We smoke up behind this little cop station all the time and they never do anything. Even my school barely does anything about it when people come to class stoned. : ) :tongue3 :crazy: :haha: :happy2: |
