Cafe Del Mar is a bar of sorts in San Antonio, Ibiza. Basically a terrace where one can sit and enjoy the view while listening to chillout music. The Cafe Del Mar albums compiled by Jose Padilla reflect this atmosphere.
The name Chicane refers to a feature of a racetrack... a chicane is a quick, S-shaped series of turns which requires the driver to slow down almost completely. Nick Bracegirdle wanted his music to have the same effect on the listener. |

When we're talking about "carte blanche" in french, we are (most of the time) talking about freedom to act - except if you are really talking about a white card; but otherwise its freedom to act.

Yep, its a kind of connected developped by Apple and Sony. Apple calls it Firewire, Sony calls it iLink. It's also called (and well known) as IEEE1394

Either my english is bad, but it doesn't sound right, here...
folie means madness, generally. In this case it would be nice to use "crazy things" you can do.. then it says "à deux", which, word by word, means "at two", but you should read it like "together", like in two person in a couple. So you should understand it like "crazy things (perhaps in a sexual way :D ) with two person" |
