The volume and content of the ejaculate depend on the length of time between ejaculations. Motile (moving sperm) have been found in the human Fallopian tube up to 85 hours after coitus, although the ability to fertilize an egg is usually lost before motility is lost.
Sperm only makes up about 5% of what you actually ejaculate, the other alkaline substances, some of which will help protect the sperm from hazards as they swim through the females acid vagina make up the rest.
A recent study, conducted at the University of Buffalo in New York in 1998, reports that marijuana affects sperm function by compromising its ability to get to and fertilize the egg.
Sperm carrying the male chromosome move quickly but fade fast, while those carrying the female chromosome go slower but last the course
