Not wanted to offend him at all, but the only thing that seperates him from the 'norm' is that he appears to have, at least partially, a non white ethnicity.

Breast Implants & Breast Enhancement
During Breast Implants surgery, a breast implant is placed under the breast tissue or under the chest muscle beneath the breast. A breast implant is a soft silicone shell filled with a saline (saltwater) solution or another substance. Saline solution is now the material most commonly used to fill breast implants because it can be safely absorbed by the body if the implant leaks or ruptures.
To position the breast implant, an incision is made in the bottom crease of the breast, the armpit, or along the lower edge of the areola (the colored area surrounding the nipple). The breast implant is inserted through the incision and may be placed under either the breast tissue or the chest muscle beneath the breast. Some doctors believe that putting the breast implant beneath the chest muscle lowers the risk for capsular contracture and interferes less with mammography than when the breast implant is under the breast tissue but in front of the muscle. (See the Breast Implants Risks section below for more information.) Once the breast implant has been carefully adjusted to the correct shape and position, the incision is closed with stitches.
A breast lift (mastopexy) may be done at the same time as the Breast Implants. To lift the breasts, excess skin from the bottom of the breast and the area around the areola is removed. The remaining skin is then brought together, which tightens and raises the breast. A breast lift requires larger incisions than Breast Implants. Incisions may extend from the areola down to the crease where the bottom of the breast meets the chest.
Breast Implants and breast lifts are usually done as outpatient procedures in a hospital or outpatient surgery center

Face lifts are used to improve and enhance facial contours by providing a more harmonious balance to your face in order to enhance your appearance and bolster your self-esteem. The implants help to strengthen a jaw line or bring the chin or cheekbones into balance with the rest of the face.
Is a facial implant for you?
Facial implants are normally used to bring better balance to the features of younger and older patients. For example, a teenage girl may want her nose reshaped or her chin brought forward so that these traits are better proportioned. Older patients may choose to have an implant placed in conjunction with another cosmetic procedure such as a facelift. If you feel that your face appears "sunken" or "tired", facial implant may be procedure best suited for you.
Face Lifts Possible risks or side effects
The resultant changes from facial implants are often remarkable. If you have selected a qualified surgeon and have followed all of his or her instructions for before and after the surgery you can ensure that you have very low chance of any complications occurring. Problems rarely occur, but they include facial implants that shift slightly out of alignment and require a second operation to replace them or infections that can be treated with antibiotics.
