On a completely unrelated note, do girls get some sort of thrill out of doing things that their boyfriends wouldn't approve of? Like trying to make them jealous or something? My ex did this all the time, at first it didn't bother me but I kind of got sick of it when she started doing it non-stop. It's rather immature.

I'm not attacking a victim or making light of a health problem. Rather, I have friends and relatives that actually DO have these health problems and find it personally offensive that someone would suddenly start to use this as an excuse as soon as it gets mentioned elsewhere on the forum. As Liam said, this is someone who behaves MUCH worse than Erin (I think that's her name, sorry if it's not :p), contradicts herself all the time, and generally makes a fool of herself. Attention-whore to the extreme!
Come on guys, don't you think it's just a little too convenient that less than TWO HOURS after someone mentions the possibility of dressing light due to a health problem, she immediately cites that as the reason she does it? Don't you find it odd that she never thought to mention that when I first posted about club dress?
I don't even find this nutjob cute, but if I did, I wouldn't be cozying up to her because of her looks and neither should you. Just read some of her other posts if you don't believe me, they speak for themselves!

from a medical standpoint, what she said made a lot of sense, maybe you should go to med school...then talk

I wasn't attacking her health, I was attacking her credibility. Do a SEARCH (geesh, how long does it take for people to realize that this exists?) and look at her other posts and you'll see why! And you attacked someone else's physical appearance. How is that any better than what I've done? What gives you the right to pipe up?
More importantly, where are your pictures? Don't sit here and argue if you're not even going to post one picture.
This argument is getting old. I think that the girls (and guys, because guys can be sleazy too!) who conduct themselves in a tasteful manner already know that none of my comments were directed at them. |
