It means 'the silence is broken by Nu-NRG', which is repeated by the radio station throughout the duration of their Orgazmatron live set. They in' loved my shirt!

means:
"The silence has been interrupted by..."
in Italian. It's one of the slogans used by Radio Italia Network in their Orgasmatron show.
