sorry, but I think that's bull. Most of my female friends aren't out to have some muscular guy. I certainly don't care. My bf is 5'11 and 127lbs. He's brilliant and he's good to me. what more could i possibly want? The reason why I am with him is not b/c I can't get a musclehead either. I have dated guys w/ sixpacks in the past. It's just not a requirement. It's nice to date some one who works out, only b/c i do it and i like having company at the gym, but it's certainly doesn't rank high on my priority list.

here it is folks, it works both ways. Women pride themselves on not being like men in this reguard, but go for the fit muscle guys anyways. Men are just more open about it than women. It doesn't surprise me at all that you are getting hit on more by women now that you are a buff muscle dude. It just reveals the double standard of feminism, which I happen to agree with, but women dont actually practice in reality.
BTW, I've actually heard a woman say "there's nothing worse than a fat porto rican", pretty damn crude, and goes pretty much against the entire feminology philosophy.
What was even wierder, was I am thinking about asking a non-so-attractive woman out because I think she is cool, and a girl gave me those "you could do better" vibes. It was even more condescending than any comments I've heard from a man about that girl.
edit : now I remembered, I said this girl was one of the nicest girls I met. I think hot girls look down on men who go out with ugly girls, that's the vibe I got from this one girl. Another reason why girls are so self-conscious about their looks.
Men are direct and often insulting, but women use more oblique, subtle power plays to make their point across. The word manipulative comes to mind, but, what do you get when a particular gender spends 50% of it's money trying to look attractive to get a man. A lot of women place 90% of their efforts solely on looks, it's sad really. It just gets worse and worse every year as the cosmetics and surgery industry makes more advances in technology. It just goes to show how superficial some women are. My mom agreed with me.
Or reading women's magazines... this is why it's so hard to find a woman with a unique personality people. Cause they all reading those damn magazines that tell them how to look, dress, and act in order to get a man.
Learns how to look, dress, and act in order to get a women, it might take some doing. heh |
