just 1/2" of a shrinkage? that's not bad at all, i thought my hair would shorten at least in half.
what method did you use? backcombing?

| to dread, or tangle it up, you have to back-comb it on it's self. and the tip is folder over and 'glued' with wax so it won't come undone. this makes it so the hair tangles even more, without being unable to tangle |
