hey 3 missed deejays
i lost 15 pounds the first time
10 pounds the second time
i was in no condition to do anything
the first time i ended up in the hospital....it was so bad.
this is not just a cold type of thing.....this is full blown illness. |

i have a screw in my right knee, and arthritis since i was 18, a result of growing 7 inches in 3 months back in high school. so i don't run unless i'm on a basketball court or baseball field.
but i'll still run the court on you, and, well...ok this isn't a pissing contest. i've always had a really strong immune system, and since i've learned to eat very healthy and because i workout so often, my body treats me well in return. |
