i once had this great diet idea. that whenevr i had a craving for food i could just 'relive some tension' to get my mind off of it, sort of an 'pleasure substitution' diet plan. it didn't work. in fact, it could have been led to health problems *gasp* |

bad idea, cuz then hunger will become a conditioned stimulus and every time you'd feel hungry you'd also feel horny. |
