ik wist nie eens dat zulke tenten bestonden :p . Maar hoe soepel is 'wat soepeler' want ik zit er niet op te wachten dat hele teringeind te reizen om me door zo'n XL klerenkast te laten vertellen dat ik d'r nie inkom :( . Iemand ervaring met die toko en zo ja: kom je d'r zonder blouse in ofnie? |

HQ 100 part 2
The final edtion of the HQ100 celebrations will take place on 31/10/03 at the Melkweg, as part of the massive Amsterdam Dance Event. For this very special HQ we have put together a line up of hard dance legends; Nukleuz Records notorious producer, non other than the mighty BK, Overdose and Drucks Records top dog, DJ Scot Project, Trippoli trax Head honcho and Mr Hard House Academy himself, Steve hill. These three giants will be joined by HQ residents Tom Harding and Danny. The music policy for this one will be modern hard dance classics, so expect each DJ to bring a healthy dose of their own classic productions. You have been warned!
Where is JP, I hear you ask? Japan, that’s where! That’s right, JP is taking HQ to Japan, where he is doing a small tour, playing at some of the top clubs.
BK, www.nukleuz.com
BK is easily the most respected and popular producers of hard house currently, and far and away the leader of the UK scene. No other UK producer can even come close to BK. DJ-wise, he is resident at Ed Real’s club Riot!, as well as playing all over the world. For this HQ BK will be playing the tunes that made him the man he is today. Classic BK productions include BK revolution and his remix of Tony de Vit’s : I don’t care.
Dj Scot project. aka AROME!
They say he invented hard style, but he doesn’t think so! DJ Scot Project has been producing his own unique style for over 10 years. To describe Scot’s sound is easy - Hard beats mixed with energetic trance riffs. So for now lets call it HARDTRANCE!! Scot Project’s records have been played at HQ since the very first edition! Scot is one of the most in demand DJs on the face of the earth. At HQ 100 he will be spinning some his own classic productions, both past and present.
Classic Scot Project productions include AROME: Hands Up! and his reworking of Yoda Inc’s “Definitely”
DJ Steve Hill.
The man from down under is flying all the way from New Zealand. If any one can get a party started it is Mr Hill. Regarded as the most dedicated DJs from the UK scene, Steve puts more effort into his DJ sets than most other DJs, and he often creates his own special bootleg remixes of classics, to run Dubplate circles around the competition. This will be Steve’s first appearance at HQ, and he will begin spinning at 23:00 sharp!!
Steve Hill’s productions are mostly for personal use only, so get ready for an entertaining evening of Bootleg heaven!
Tom Harding
Tom will be spinning the very best music from HQ, from over the last 9 years, old and new alike! You will no doubt be hearing some of the classics that made HQ what it is today. If you liked last month, you will love this month.
Danny D
Danny will be starting the night, with an easy selection of classics, warming up the party gently, before Steve Hill takes over and blows the roof off!

Ade Fenton & Ben Long (Advanced)
Ade Fenton is the owner of the Advanced Records label, the label that brought Umek’s mighty “Gatex” to the world amongst and healthy selection of other hard-edged techno hits. Ben Long is the one half of the space DJ’s, and the guiding hand in a lot of the material that Bandulu have issued on a variety of labels. For the HQ100 Ade & Ben will be playing for 5 hours on 4 decks and 2 mixers in a techno battle, that will cover the whole techno spectrum in spectacular style!
Langue da Groovedealer
The man from the Alkmaar underground, and a true master of many styles from tribal to techno, will be laying the way for an evening of solid entertainment. |

Nope...lekker vrij!:D Lijkt er wel dat t de trein wordt, we zien nog wel. Heb eigenlijk niet zo'n zin om te rijden nu.:p

Het was echt helemaal te gek vanavond! geen slechte plaat gehoord gewoon! Erg gezellig ook, veel TA's ontmoet ; het was erg gezellig heren! Monday groove, baby!
Later misschien meer als ik ff wat geslapen heb :) |

Dit was VET!!! Harry Lemon was goed, Armin was super (uiteraard!), en Markus Schulz rules! Wat een ontzettend sympathieke man, hij werd helemaal enthousiast toen hij hoorde dat we "Dutch Tranceaddicts" waren (binnenkort onze groepspic op globaldjbroadcast.com! :D) Veel nieuwe platen gehoord (de nieuwe Ocean Lab -- Satellite -- WOW! :eyespop: ). Hoorde 't nummer, kende 't niet, ben 't gewoon aan Markus gaan vragen. Hij helemaal trots dat we 't zo mooi vonden. Komt er meteen daarna een gozer van Anjuna Beats op me af die had gezien dat ik 't aan Markus vroeg. "I am very proud that it will be released on my label" nou die gast stond me daar een potje te glunderen!
Het was gewoon een super-avond... Onno heeft allemaal titels opgeschreven dus reken maar op een mooie tracklisting en Robin heeft flink lopen netwerken :) Ow ja en we hebben allemaal een CDR'etje gekregen met een promo-mix van Markus erop... staat nu op en klinkt lekker!!
Mazzo is gave club trouwens, niet groot dus lekker intiem, dj staat nog geen twee meter van je vandaan -- heel persoonlijk allemaal. Alleen parkeren is er k*t, heb 'm ergens met hulp van Onno zo dicht langs de waterkant moeten parkeren dat ik er door de passagierskant uitgekropen ben om geen nat pak te halen :D En het was natuurlijk snel vol, de laatste TA'ers hadden net mazzel daarna gooiden ze de boel dicht.
Ik ga denk ik nu maar gewoon werken eigenlijk, ben klaarwakker dus pitten zit er toch nog even niet in dus kan ik m'n tijd maar beter nuttig besteden... Onno en Robin have fun vanavond bij Marco! En ben er beslist bij met Armin in de Asta volgende maand! :D |

| Whoa superfeest in de melkweg zeg. FF kort houden mag zo werken :( lekker na 3 uur slaap hehe. Zoveel lekkere platen gehoord ik kende er maar 3 ofzo maar god wat een geile muziek draaide die Hector Romero in het begin zeg oef. Tempo lag tussen 120/125 bpm maar zo funky brrr satoshi maakte het helemaal af. TOP ook leuk om weer zoveel bekenden te zien. |

echt een top avond in mazzo. ging er met c-quence, perry o'neil en een vriend van perry heen. weer veel mensen ontmoet, zoals outback, darren tate, woody van eyden, mike koglin, james van anjunabeats en natuurlijk markus. wel geinig om james te ontmoeten omdat ik momenteel een remix voor hem aan het maken ben.
hoop dat het bij de asta net zo goed wordt over een maand :D |
