The first time I saw that, I thought people were bribing the bouncers to get up on stage! I was thinking "man, there's no way they're going to get anywhere with a $5..." Then I saw the bouncer hand it to PvD... y4rgh.

Yeah, signing money is stupid.. Tiesto refuses to do that :D

Well I guess it goes to show that Paul really is a stand up guy... but I don't see how people can expect him to acknowledge the crowd when he's signing 73 pieces of pocket lint and trying to spin his set at the same time. No wonder he never looks up, I'm surprised he doesn't get writer's cramp from all that .

Now stop complaining people! You complain when DJs don't sign anything, and now you guys are complaining that they sign everything. You have to realize that if PVD only signed 10% of requests, 90% of people would be pissed. Those signatures clearly didn't ruin his set, and definitely made lots and lots of people very happy. So.. It's all good !

is that actually true? I know Tiesto doesn't like people bugging him for during his set...I've noticed his setup is always pretty far back from the crowd so that nobody can touch his or reach him. Oh well...he does sign stuff....talking from personal experience.:D

w00t... I wasn't complaining about Paul at all! Where did you infer that?

I was just commenting on the people who hand over all their random junk to sign...

I saw PvD sign a gum pack. If you're really a fan, can't you go buy a CD or vinyl or poster and then get him to sign it? What's the point in having a 5 dollar bill or a piece of paper with a signature on it?

When I saw Tiesto at Aria, in MTL, he was signing pretty much everything except money. He also refused to shake hands.

Btw, I'm not even sure whether Paul was actually putting signatures on that garbage. During Tiesto's set I was stupid enough to give him an empty cigarrete pack to sign(I actually brought my Magik cover to MTL, but then forgot it at someone's place, and I needed his sig). Tiesto simply wrote "Great !" on it, but didn't actually sign it. Maybe PVD did the same ??
