its full of nice touches like the car commercial that shows a dinosaur, than a similarly large and clunky car and finally proudly displays the car's name - 6000 SUX ( yes, sux is the name of the car ) |

Just recently I got the Batman DVD...really cool....
Also got my hands on the DVD for Bram Stoker's Dracula...aw man, you gotta love widescreen format. :D |

I saw Bound before. Watched it again the other day.
In short. Much of the dailouge was wretched between Violet & Corky. I don't think it was the way it was delivered, but more that it could have been much better with more time spent that's all. Even though alot of the dialouge in the Matrix and sequels were pretty wretched at times as well, it was more visual than dialouge driven. With a suspense the right dialouge is definitly necessary.
The suspence? The suspence will have you on the edge of your seat definitly. Afterall it is a thriller. But to me it was overdone. It's just suspense suspense suspense for around fifty minutes straight. The gun scene was definitly Wachowski brothers trademark. Great camera angles throught the movie as well. If I would've saw it before, I would have said they had potential for a really good movie (which they prooved in the Matrix).
Good movie but I'd recommend Dirty Pretty Things over this for a thriller.
