Films that i never get tired of watching are basically these, in no particular order.
Terminator 2 (I don't know, but i just love the whole time travel and future themes, especially this movie. I just loved it)
Total Recall (Another future based movie and i loved this just as much as T2, its captivating, you just get lost in it.)
Drunken Master 2 (OK i have the US dubbed version on DVD which it still has the same greatness but i also have the original Chinese version on VHS, and when they speak their original language the emotion is just superb. The comedy is well built and who can forgot that last fight scene which i consider the best fight scene ever made)
Braveheart (A movie is made well with 4 elements, good story, good music, good directing and good performance. Mel Gibson always impressed me with his acting but what i love about this movie is the emotion that the music brought. I think music is so important to a films success, a film can be epic but without that score, it will be nothing that will leave a trademark in peoples minds)
Bloodsport (As much people who hate Van Damme for his acting, can't deny this movie as one of the all time classics. I loved this movie to bits. Though to the people who hate Van Dammes acting, check his performance in Wake Of Death, you will think otherwise.)
Lord Of The Rings (Epic, Epic, Epic but it had its flaws, i would have directed some scenes differently)
Thats all, i just hope this career im doing in film making would help me make a film like these to leave a mark for people. |
another terminator and total recall fan! i love you! |

Been a while since I last posted in here... summer 2005? wow. An addition I'd like to make is A Very Long Engagement. Absolutely phenomenal film.
I think this ranks way up high on my Top 10 list of favorite films. |

Stephen King's The Langoliers.
In my opinion the most accurate novel-to-movie ever made. About 95% accurate, they left out on character in the movie, but he was kinda dead weight anyway.
Defintely gonna get this on DVD when I come home.
Stephen King's The Stand.
Finally got this DVD mega-mini series. Quite a bit was changed from the book, but it's a decent watch. |

| One of the best novels i've read. I've yet to see the mini-series. Doesn't Lieutenant Dan play Stu Redman? |

Yes sir. Gary Sinese. This was the first movie I ever saw him in.
And that's another great movie, Forrest Gump. Just happened to pick that one up last week on DVD (widescreen). |

| I went ahead and grabbed both versions of the Texas Chainsaw Massacre 1974 & 2003. I've always wanted to check these out, so I'm playing the 1974 version first. I wanna see if this is scarier than The Exorcist, which to me was just a bit gory, not all that scary. |

I can't comment on the 74 version, as I've never seen it but, the 03 version was pretty sweet imo. Intense, some gore, some good scary stuff. All in all a good horror flick. |
