Wouldn't mind checking that out. :stongue:

I'm watching...Ugh...My Big Fat Greek Wedding. One of the stupidest flicks I've ever seen, I can't understand why it did so well in the Box Office. Gimme some Airplane or Naked Gun over this tripe anyday.

I still need to buy the 2nd and 3rd ones. Love the first one so much though. Great film.

TITANIC. (1997)

Aside from all the goddamn romance bull, the film was quite good, at least I think so.

The special effects when the ship sank were amazing. Looked convincing...as well as terrifying.

Man, I KNOW I'm bored if I'm watching THIS for the 25th time. :wtf: :whip:

Wait is that the movie where the boyfriend sacrifices his life for his girlfriend? Oh wait that's Donnie Darko

The Shipping News...that guy's life was as mediocre as mine!

I think it had some great acting from Julianne Moore (Doesn't hurt that I'd love to bang her either) and Kevin Spacey with a cool story line; reason I say that is because if you read about it it would seem like the most boring and loathsome piece of ever but then when you watch it they make it work so well and it brings up alot of emmotions like sadness, pitty, happiness and anger all at the same time, which is hard to do!

Another VERY interesting film: The Terminal, with Tom Hanks.

It's about an immigrant who flys over from a country which happens to have a coup, therefore eliminating it as a recognized nation by the U.N. According to some law, he can NOT set foot onto U.S. soil, so he is confined to the airport terminal in which he arrived. I liked Forrest Gump a lil more than this, but Saving Private Ryan is still my #1 Hanks film.

My friends and I cracked up with that one. I didn't even expect it to be funny but that Indian janitor guy was a bloody crack up.

The first 2 are great. But not the 3rd. :whip:
DjEuphoria
Blow(great in movie)

The shawshank redemption

Goodfellas

Boogie Nights(gotta love marky mark)

Iam Sam <--my sister told me this movie is about to come on tv and to watch it cause its good. It didn't seem like my cup of tea but it sucked me in and it was really good. The acting was superp, it sure is hard acting like a retard.

The Basketball Diaries(yeah it does have leo in it, but this was damn fine acting by him and it was a true story about heroin addiction)

Some Other movies that I like
The Green Mile(1st time I teared up, 2nd I cried like a baby).
American Beauty(not all that sad but still is)
A Walk to Remember
Party Monster(2nd time it gets me emotionaly)
Alien
Aliens
Gone in 60 Seconds
Dumb and Dumber
Cheech and Chong's movies
Joe Dirt
Oceans 11
Formula 51
The Salton Sea
Scarface
Drugstore Cowboy
Pulp Fiction
Reservoir Dogs
etc...

I dont mention Horror movies cause there hasn't been any decent ones in years and there really aren't any good horror movies. Exorcist was more of a comedy to me, The Ring was over hyped bull same for The Blair Witch(lol, I think it was on Family Guy which they made fun of it by like commentaring on whats happening in the movie, "some kids run in the woods, there walking around looking for something, they die, the end", but more funnier").

True horror movie that was scary was the original The Grudge, although it didn't make since at all it was scary.

Now I leave this with a quote

"But then, you know, we have to come to the pool of self-reflection and therein lies the monster of reason and we ask ourselves: was it the fact that Carlos and I the courage to be bad or why did millions of Americans not have the courage to be good? "
