no doubt, thought Tranc3 was a femail cause it says, 19/f/california.. Hey whatever. Need to ask Tranc3 a question about synth programming..

Wanted to know on some synths they have they preset arp patterns, wanted to klnow if i could play one little piece of an arp pattern, then change the arp patter and use another little piece. Does it automatically change it when it plays, or will it just play the same arp pattern that i left it on.

hmm.. after a quick glance, i don't see any synth programming specific topics...
so sign me up for

"General synth programming explanation, advice, and techniques" <-- not actually making a synth but rather how to make sounds out of them

or something like that... if you can come up with a better name

You will have a login on the site, you will submit your article there, we will go over it, do anything we want to it, then it will be posted at our command. We are going to have a full php/mysql backend, which is currently being programmed by our webmonkey moth. :D

Actually... I have a more interesting idea...

I will just make a bunch of files of remakes of entire songs using fruity synths only such as the 3xosc and the tb303...

But yeah... I still have to see what is going to be on the theory tutorial first before I add on to it cuz I may be repeating some things...

... like anyone cares... :D

lol

man, great idea!!!

wish I could help, but I've only just started producing, so don't really have any knowledge behind me... when I do tho, I'll be up for writing!

The only thing I know is writing tunes and chord progressions, not much on actually fine-tuning this with proper sounds and build-ups (yet...)
