I'll agree that Guv has lost a lot of it "underground" feel, but Guv is the best source of great music right now in Toronto. Not to mention there sound and lighting. Do you really want to see Guv close?? ALL clubs in Toronto get packed. Go complain about them you MORON. I don'tthink anyone likes when a club is that packed. They are not going to close the Guv down because of a complaint. Chill out. If anything they will probably warn Guv to keep the limit of people lower than what it is. That's all. Guv probably doesn't give a even if they were to be "warned" by the authorities... not like it hasn't happenned already. |

Guv closing will increase demand on other clubs for sure. But if Guv ever closed due to fire code violations, you can bet that the other clubs in the city would not open their doors to accomodate Guv's crowd in excess of their own legal capacity.
If you value lasers and DJs and a sound system that isnt even the best in the city anymore over your own safety, kudos to you. But when something happens there and you're in the middle of it, you might not think so. |
