oh please, urban myth... only way that happens is if it doesnt get retracted at all (for cleaning purposes), in which case it will get so nasty and sick, the penis will turn brown and fall off.

here in the USA, stats state ~55% circumcised, ~45% not cut.
50/50 will be the breaking point - and then less and less people will continue doing it.
