nite was great. couldn't get into CM set. not my thing and room was filled to the . left 10 minutes in. was in charlies for a bit and was quite impressed ( ithink it was jon tremblay) first time hearing any TA djs and he had my ass shakin second i got in. LOVED junkieXL. every last freakin second. armins energy was infectious, even though i didn't find his mixing to be up to par. regardless i prefer a fun dj who screws up sometimes to a boring perfect one

On behalf of the Guvernment, we would like to say THANK YOU to all those who made it out to our first annual Decadence event!
The Charlies and the Orange room was not open until the Guvernment & Kool Haus was filled to a respectable amount. Sorry about the wait, it was beyond my control. We were prepared for something like this and made sure to switch to our PLAN B. This insured all the DJs that spun in the Interference Room got a fair amount of time.
I hope you guys all had fun on Thursday night and enjoyed yourself! The party was beyond crazy and every room was insanely wicked! I had lots of fun partyin’ and work that night. You guys really made the vibe so much better, no one will come close to testing TAs when it comes to partyin’!
Thanks to the Guvernment for giving Interference a chance and allow us to run the Charlies in such a massive event. Everyone in our crew and the DJs salute you guys!
Thanks to all the TAs and none TAs for supporting Interference. Without you guys, we wouldn’t be where we are today! Like I said many times before, a lot of the stress I deal with is not worth it, but when I see you guys happy and see our DJs spinning, it’s worth it at the end.
Until the next event …

| great nite overall ... had come up to see armin but IMO Junkie XL stole the show... the nrg that man created was just insane .. next time this guy comes into town im definately there ... armin was good but ive seen him play better... track selection was a little weird and i think he got a bit to drunk towards the end :tongue2 ... seems like he was filling up on the wine after practically every track ... |

that was a fun night- i would have stayed longer had it not been for being soooo tired and having rev-induced gut rot. Left during junkie xl, which i think would have been my fave set of the night. CM sounded good at times, and flat at other times0 i was somewhat disapointed.
a huge thank you to everyone who came out to hear matt and eric(vagrant) at charlie's. Matt and i were really touched by how many ppl came over to charlie's for that.
was great to finally meet david AKA digital mp AKA my new go-to guy if i ever need a body guard:)

what a wicked party...
i loved every minute of it... although the highlight of the night was when i heard our room was finally opening and it was filled within seconds... thanks to all the TA’s and everyone else that came out to support us... you guys made my night... a huge thank you to John as well for having Vagrant at this event. |

Whoa... what a night!! Definitely a 10/10 event in my books. Matt and Eric Vagrant in Charlie's... wow!! You guys were awesome. Couldn't have asked for a better warm up for Dave Seaman. Big thanks to the Interference crew for making this happen.
I really wanted to check out TCM but they took so long to come on and it was packed inside guv so we decided go back to KH and that's where I stayed the rest of the night. Seaman played a good set; it got better and better with each track.
Then came Junkie XL and he just blew the roof off KH. I think the vibe hit a new all-time high during his set, which I thought, was the best set of the night. Hearing dirty sticky floors, which is one of my favorite tracks of 2003 was what made my night.
Finally, Armin came on around 4:30 and started dropping some major TUNES right off the bat. I'm sorry that some of you didn't enjoy his prog-trance selection but I couldn't be happier. :D Armin played exactly what I wanted to hear including anthems like Push - Strange World. :crazy: Couldn't have asked for a better set.
I was glad that KH wasn't packed to the point where it becomes unbearable and the sound was perfect. It didn't sound over-powered and distorted like at PVD. I was able to get Armin's autograph so I'm pretty happy. :) Glad to see so many TAs having a good time. All-round great night. |
