Hmm... anyone have a big fold out table that they dont mind me putting a few screws into? I want to make a screen/cover for the table and equipment cause I dont want sand flying all over the stuff. The idea for the dancefloor has now just become an idea, theres no way its gonna happen - gonna cost WAY too much cash.

What's the table gonna be set up on? The TT's can't be on an angle.

We will make a trip to the hardware store get 2 sheets of plywood, flatten out the sand, and set up the table on that.

You think that'll work? I don't kow man...the sheets of plywood will probably shift with people walking on 'em. I think a platform is necessary. Nothing huge, but maybe 6 inches off the ground or so. Just voicing my concern on this matter cause I know you all are putting a lot of work into this party and I would like to see it go off smoothly. Ya know?

Not a problem, I can build a platform, but first we need a table big enough to put 2 tt's, 2 cdjs, and mixer on - need about 5'6" aka 66".

Cool...I really think it'd be a smart move to do that. As for a table...ask around and see if anyone has one...if not take a 2 dollar donation from all that are attending to cover the cost of a table that will be suitable
Vlad
I found this on ikea...

Table
