Erin, if the permits go through, expect this party to happen.
As big a dream this might be to other people, to myself and Brian its not so far fetched.

| For Jones Beach, you have to deal with Nassau County ordinances and stuff. A lot more involved to do things in L.I. than in the city.;) |
