Mustangs have been in style since the 60s. People used to get them because they were the fashion.
Now they are inexpensive. Alot of people have them now because they are relatively cheap, and still somewhat in 'style'.
People buy Civics 'cuz they are ricers, and think that the Civics go fast. They are more of an economy car (for people with little money), or a laughable wanna-be sports car. |

the 05 stang gtr prototype is pretty bad ass, but hte new 05 stang kicks some major ass as well. the only one of the 90's stangs i ever really wanted was the svt cobra...... major drools... historically, orbax has a nice pic of the great boss 428.... the pinacle however was teh limited run boss 502 mustang.... can you say 7 miles per gallon on the highway.
but i think ford is moving in the right direction with the styling and powertrain revisions for the 05 program....

Gotta hand it to u Orbax..u actually gave me goosebumps when i read that..I agree with u..Mustangs are badass if nicely taken care of and tweaked..

| a Mustang, c6 vette all the way. What does the mustang have, some gawdy retro styling and the same dismal performance its sported for the last few gens, a "working class hero" lmao. The c6 base already beats up on anything you can get from a dealer for under 90,000 USD, itself costing less than half that (43,000 USD for a base configure). I really can't see what will be able to touch the Z06, which won't roll out till next year. |
