| It is both sad and bothersome to see how low some on these forums can get. To actually hope that the president, a human being if nothing else, would be killed is nothing short of unhuman. I'm sorry you feel such unrelenting hate for someone, but to ever hope with giddy anticipation for their death is unexcusable. Those who constantly critique him for the ones "he has killed," while eagerly anticipating his own murder show the highest form of hypocracy that I can imagine. I realize many of you loathe Mr. Bush for his "Christian" morals, but at least he has some. |

i liked the part where bush said he wanted to reform the income tax returns because it involves too much paperwork! i hate paperwork.
beside that i pretty much liked everything else he said.
in comparision to kerry's speech bush left his audience with a stronger impression |

Mmmm He does not represent my christian morals at all.. ( and Im a strong christian, religious myself ).. furthermore, there's the word that he's own church wants to desinherit him.. ( that's what people that share the same religion as him have told me .. ).. and well, then what you say is true, then is also fair to say that is uhuman to say and which Saddam Hussain death.. right? |

Half the country is, plus some quite few ignorant freaks that would scare the hell out of you when you hear them speak.. like my friends sister that said .. " Im voting Bush, he's name is more famous, and heard him more then the other guy.. so IM voting Bush ".. comments like that.. nothing more. So yes, is scary. |

Are you and hardcore trancer the same person? I swear you guys have too many similarities. Both have anti-prog in your title, both from same town, both have dictators in your sig, both are militant against bush, both seem to be middle eastern in decent, and both always post around the same time together...
just found it odd. |

A large portion of his speech focused on healthcare, small businesses, and the economy. |
his "War on Terror" was still the main theme of his speech and the convention as a whole. |

Something I find pretty amusing in all this is how much time and media space is dedicated to what John Kerry did 30 years while anything that Bush did before up to 40 years of age is not even mentioned anywhere. It's like it's totally off limits to discuss.
In this day and age when the presidential campaign look more and more like a propulaity contest and the character of the person wanting to become president seems to be of the upmost importance, wouldn't it be important to discuss the fact that one of them has a history as an alcoholic and drug-user?
Maybe it's a good thing they are not discussing it but why so much focus on Kerry's persona and not Bush's? |
Because most Republicans really have no clue whatsoever as to who they are actually cheerleading. All they know about Bush is basically what one would have found in a press pack. His past has been glossed over and obscured to the point of no recollection. |
