wow this zell guy's speach was incredible. while i certainly dont think bush is nearly as competant as he believes, i think the overall message was very very effective.

Absolutely. They're Republicans! They took a shower today, and put on some nice clothes. No patchouli at this convention.
Ditto on Zell's speech too. The "spitball" line is gonna be a classic. Great, great stuff, and contrary to what some will believe here, his speech will be effective -- particularly with the remaining conservative Dems in the south who have been the ones voting to put Zell in the Senate. |

haha, yeah the dude looked like the evil painting from Ghostbusters II.
I thought he did a pretty good job with his speech, and having someone from the other party on your side and speaking against the other candidate I can't see hurting bush. I remember zell from when I was in school in GA. |

hah wow as brilliant as his speach was, his interview afterwards was a complete catastrophe haha they made him look like an absolute idiot. I have never seen anything like that. I almost felt bad for the guy he looked so uncomfortable. |
