The sound at system is really muddy (if that's a proper word) - the midrange throughout most of the club is non-existent...and as for Marco, I just can't seem to get into his sets the two times I have heard him. |

I can't even believe that there are still people who like Misstress Barbara, she's just a overpriced bitchy princess. She's never happy with anything and she always complaining about everything. Her attitude is just wrong, she's not that good of a dj and her tracklisting isn't that impressive. I tell if she was a guy, we wouldn't even be having that discussion !

No i'm not !
If she was a male, she wouldn't be that recognize. There's TONS of better dj's than her, and i'm only speaking of techno dj's. Her productions are never truly outstanding.
She's bla ... but since she's a woman ... everybody wants her. She's one of the rare females to spin techno, club owners thinks it'll bring people in, and it does. There's nothing wrong about it.

well I disagree, but there's no point arguing about it. You probably can't even imagine how difficult it is getting started in this industry as a female...she may have gotten gigs at the beginning because people wanted to see a "chick DJ" spin techno, but she got up there and proved that she can rock it just as hard as the men can.
If you don't like her style, that's different! |
