What 3 trance DJs are you talking about? Tiesto? Armin Van Buuren? Paul Van Dyk? Man I really hate it when those guys keep coming to Montreal :rolleyes: Anyone Aria has had in the last year? Those are the hottest DJs in the world right now!!! Why wouldn't Montreal production companies try to book them? |

I would much rather be in Vancouver than Montreal....no doubt about it. But thats not the point.
And for the millionth time, Aria isnt the only club in Montreal. This goes for the entire city. You see lesser draws being booked in Montreal all the time in other genres, but not in trance. Hence my statement. Quebec City books more trance talent than Montreal, heck so does Calgary. If Montreal has the best night life in the country, why do they keep booking the same three trance DJs?
And tell me where I said I didnt want to see the big three come? I just said Im glad someone is booking talent OTHER than those three.
Seems like all people want to do is put words in my mouth. |

i thinks that's a load of crap. check out the ammount of DJ mtl brings in compared to vancouver. sooooooooooooo many more. mtl is a much bigger draw then van. Trance wise however i do agree that its been a little week of late. Regardless i really don't see how you can compare Calgary to montreal. |

Can you seriously think that smaller trance acts can fill a big club like Aria?? Ferry Corsten barely draws a satisfactory amount of people... now imagine above and beyond (wth are they?):rolleyes:
ASSassin why don't you blame other clubs for the lack of small(er) trance acts they book?
And the thing is Montréal isn't Calgary nor Vancouver. Over there when they get a guest dj, its a novelty and the club fills up. Over here were so used to it that the dj needs to be big in order to intrest people. |
