I remember A&B - No One on Earth, not sure it its was (Gabriel & Dresden Mix)
I think he even played Max Graham feat. ??? - Gone or something that sounded familar to it.
Plus other tunes I know but dont remember their names. |

OK go grab a good coffee before reading this
So me and my friend takeajoinandfly (by the way change your nickname bro :toothless) we went there by car, and I heard of a spot to park my car... only it was on top of the hill of the university campus. (good 20min walk)
from the top, there was this lost dude in a car looking for CEPSUM, so we asked him to ride us there and we'll show him the way. HE gave us the ride. (what a nice man, and what a nice lady he had too :clown: )
We got inside pretty early, 9:45. I was happy to see that the show was taking place in an arena ! We went on the benches to look at the venue from the top. (What a great view, not like Bell Center but still)
Setup: it was pretty nice, kinda like mini bal en blanc , with vip stages and all. Anyways you can see from the pictures.
Sound: at the beginning, it sucked so much ! there was too much echo.
Then, as the crowd was getting bigger, the sound was getting louder and with less echoes.. When Tiesto got on I wasn't complainning at all.
Crowd: Ginos and Ginas, weirdos and weirdas... :haha: and regular rave and afterhour people. I heard someone asking my friend : "Hey man is that Tiesto playing ? -no Its Marco G -Ho I don't want to LOOK at him then." :wtf: or one girl saw me using my cell phone: "Your cell is working ? -like ya else I wouldn't be using it" but that I think it was more of a pick up line she used on me :happy2: .... and one of the funniest thing some strange girl told me: "Are you here to dance ?" :stongue: no I'm just jumping around for no reason.
Where were all the other TAs ? I only saw Louis, RazerYokes and JohnH2O.. also came across some dude who saw my Armind shirt, an other promoter from Aria, and some friends. I was having a blast with Falcon-X, his gf and 2 friends, and the birthday boy Takeajoinandfly who got drunk and was lost into trance like crazy mofo on his first big event. Hehe next step Bruno ---> ARIA all night !
DJs: MArco G - did a great set... only if it wasn't of the poor quality sound, I would have danced more.
Tiesto - it was pretty much like a Tiesto in Concert set. I enjoyed all the tracks. Finally I had room to dance !
Not to post a tracklist, but my track of the night was :
from Marco G ... Energy 52 - Cafe Del Mar (Nalin & Kane remix)
from Tiesto ... (It might surprise some of you but) Remy & Roland Klinkenberg - Till Ya Drop ! the drums on this tracks are driving me crazy on a huge sound system.
But the track that gave me the most chills were Tiesto - Euphoria (as labeled on my vinyl sampler from Parade of the Athletes)
overall: CRAZY night ! I had a blast ! Thanks everyone for making this possible.

A&B - No One On earth (G&D Rmx) was played at Aria by Pillon no ? coz i don't recall Tiesto playing it at all!! :conf:
By the way did anyone see the girl that stripped for him and throw his skirt on him to sign it ?? |

Dunno, but i know Tiesto didn't play that, i would've clearly remembered ;)

@the_devil: LOL, yeah, true. We sure had a good time looking around for cabs eh? Got out at ~315, then waited until 5 for a damn taxi:mad: Oh well that apartment block sure was warm eh? ;) |
