Tiesto's Adagio for Strings doing well in ASOT's top 20??

In the latest A State of Trance, Armin said that Tiesto's Adagio For Strings is in the top rankings of this years' ASOT top 20... I couldn't believe my ears, this track is totally overrated and cheese, which fools voted for this tune???

Man, you've walked right into it. The fact that you've called it overrated and cheese and wondered why it's top 20 on an ASOT list is going to get you bashed to all hell.
As far as why it's there, might it be because it's popular? Just because you don't like it doesn't mean that there aren't a load of other people that do. |

| yeah I like the track but I don't think it belongs in the Top 20. Last year the same happend with Traffic I believe. |

| hmmm, i always thought only the newbies to trance liked this type of simple unoriginal uplifting trance, i was wrong... But of course everbody has their own tastes, so never mind... |

if it wasnt tiesto he would be spinning it in every ing asot episode.
now this simple cheese uplifting newebie and whatever trance track is ing great. it has lots of energy and it the best ing mix of this track. so go suck armins dick you ing whore. you dont like this track only because it says (tiesto remix).
now before you start a stupid argument about me being a noob i dont like tiesto (as a dj, but he can be a gr8 producer) and i dont hate any artist. songs are made for those who like them and not for those who dont. there is enough music for everyone out there. hating an artist or a song only shows that your iq lvl is bellow average and you have nothing interesting enough to do with your life so you post on a forum about music you dont like.

as far as if it was a mistake (that armin spinned it). you cant jurge a dj for spinning a track. djs play tunes and if you dont like them you walk out of the ing club. it aint rocket sience. im done with this thread and every other tiesto thread. |

It's already a classic!!! it's not cheese at all. It's just tiesto's reinterpretation of a classical masterpiece!! How can it be cheese(if cheese is a track only made to sell, if it's a product and not being thought about) if it hasn't ever been released on single o.i.d.
dammit, i'm sure everyting i say is wrong in your opinion but just remember that it's in the ASOT top 20 so it can't be as bad as you're trying to make us think it is... |
