i once commented here about mauro piccoto's site banning a TA cos he posted something that wasnt negative there, the webmaster of his site actually mailed me upon reading that.
so yes some important people DO read these forums |

I have seen people complain at GUV and post complaints in the forum and seen changes happen for the betterment of the people's clubbing experience. |

Where in this thread did i bash the Guvernment? Im quite past that Maxine - bashing a club in which i dont associate myself with would only bring me to your level. The comments i made in here about System were simply an acknowledgement to the upgrade they recently made, which i feel was not only fair, but positive as well. I quoted you yes, but did i say anything about it? No. Ill leave that up to others who give two s. I just thought it was a good laugh. Goodbye :) |

When the bouncers go on like jack asses with certain things and get many complaints then those guys get punished by getting fired or getting put in crappy positions and putting the rookies in the good spots. I remember there were some complaints one week and then the next week all the vets were put in crappy positions and the rookies had all the good spots. Also when there was a situation with the bouncers going overboard and overly strict and rude in regards to a different situation to the point where many complaints came in, there were firings and warnings were given out and a staff meeting was called telling people to shape up or ship out so yes people do read the message boards and hear complaints and changes are made when warrented. |

That's nice, if it's true (I don't know how you would know this), but the fact is, nothing has changed at the Guv. The bouncers, bartenders, and the rest of the staff are still rude jackasses and people still complain.
So either (a) you're exaggerating quite a bit about how the Guv handled it, (b) the staff knows it's just a slap on the wrists, (c) all the staff they hire are rude, including the rookies, or (d) there's something about the Guv itself that causes normal people to be rude and unprofessional. Pick any option you want, none of them really suggest that the Guv cares about their customers. |
