time to take a shot at another relationship question:
should i be exactly myself when im with my girl or should i calculate what/how each act i preform and each word i say affects her and the relationship before i do/say it? |

At fist in relationships it's commonplace for both sides to tread very lightly with what they say and not be too honest or reveal too much. People tend to keep their opinions to themselves and they just focus on being happy with each other and having time together. However, once you progress in a relationship, you're obviously going to be more open with him / her and start acting as your 'true' self because you don't feel you need to put on a front for them. If your partner doesn't accept the way you behave after your initial 'honeymoon' period then you probably aren't meant to be together. |

trust me, it hasn't always been pleasant. one guy got so pissed when i told him the truth that he stormed out of my place and never spoke to me again. i guess he couldn't handle it. i have a feeling that because of the type of guy he was, lots of girls worshipped him and made him feel so cool... whereas i am the type of girl to call it like i see it and not put on some kind of act just so he'll be happy with me.
other guys took it very well, and improved a great deal afterwards. i've also had guys tell me what i can do to improve, and i never take it in a bad way. it's just like teaching someone how to drive a car... no you're a little too close to that truck in front of you, you take turns too fast, etc... and the only way you can get better is to have someone help you by giving honest advice. and lots of practice.
really though, a great deal of it is all about compatibility. you can only give someone so much constructive criticism. sometimes there are things there that just can't be changed, and you're either gonna be compatible or not.
one thing i've always wondered though, why do guys take offense if you tell them their dick is "just the perfect size". it's like they're not happy unless you tell them it's "HUGE"... and really, most girls don't want a huge dick. they want one that pleasures them yet doesn't poke them painfully. |
