I can't speak for anyone else but I consider myself Canadian with a Greek/Cypriot background/heritage. ie I CAN be considered Greek/Cypriot because of that heritage. I don't consider myself 100% apart of that culture because I was never raised in the country but I was raised in the culture regardless because of my parents/relatives involvment here in this country. It is a huge/equal importance however in comparison to the country I live in. |

Thats how all Poles that I know are. The ones that were born here, and the ones that lived here for majority of their lives. I'm a bit of an exception because I go to Poland almost every year, even though I've lived here for 16 years. Both here and there are "home" to me.
Dont make generalizations about all Poles because of a few that you've met Aaron. Speaking of Italians though, lol...*points a few posts up* :p |
