| does reason 3 have tempo automation and sample reverse yet??? I am buying it since I have not so legal copies of reason 2.5. It should be here by the end of March, but I was just wondering what improvements they made. |

im debating on whether or not it is a good idea to spend that cash for what seems to be more of a 2.7 than 3.0....
i think im fine for the moment using reason 2.5, all my layering i do with the spiders and tweaking each channel, etc etc, i just need more reflls. but we alays need more refills.
ill just continue mastering in nuendo, but i javent gotten the whole rewire thing down yet, so ive been just expoting loops and this gets really ed up after a while, when im using effects in reason, experically the RV7000. anyone have any insight? |

Ok people, once again, if you have 2.5, dont worry about buying reason 3, in other hand if you dont own 2.5 and want reason, i suggest you get one, it turned out that cpu problem is a simply incompability of video card with reasons's interface
like i said, mine is lagging just a bit when i scroll, but thats all there is to it. Combinator ing rocks, i really like mclass equing, now i dont have to bind many ty eq's like i did in reason 2.5
what sucks tho is that they charge too much for reason 3, thats the only thing i dont like, is that by adding a few new modules, they make it look like a its a totally new software, and thats bull
basically you can still do same in reason 3 as you did in 2.5, and by switching to reason 3, you wont be able to do something incredible or totally beyond the edge as you might think of |

RTFM :whip:
It's on the top row in the middle underneath the "screen". The default is something like FW-SUS. Turn that knob until you get BW-SUS or BW-REL. |

I just tried the demo songs in Reason 3, and I can already tell there is a difference in the sound between it and reason 2.5. It is likely a result of the M-Class studio, but I get much better sound with no clipping.
Also, unless I didn't know of this feature before, I like that the windows are now individual instances. Works much better with my multimonitor system. |
