As for the sound from the booth; they're fantastic as it's booth speakers and not the club system so it's pretty damn clear.

that sucks.

I agree the crowd was ty. Some people were very nice though.

It got to the point that when people would push you , it was either push back or be constantly pushed around, which did suck.

I did manage to make it to the front quite easily though (Around 4) when a lot of people had left.

For my entire life I've been going to alternative rock concerts like Edgefest/warped tour, and I've always found the norm to be the " you", push people as hard as you can while jumping around and crowd surfing. I mean, I was trying to be as nice as possible all night, even when I had to push through, especially the juice monkies without their shirts on. I was getting pushed around, and only received few appologies early in the night when it wasn't as packed.

It didn't entirely suprise me that an international DJ like Tiesto attracted a lot of people that aren't the typical TA calibre (if you will? :D). I didn't go expecting to have 10 square feet to myself. Maybe my expectations are not very high as it was my first real party, but I wasn't entirely disappointed.

the bottom line: enjoy it for what it is ;)

WOW!!! already 27 pages!!! just got back from the cottage trip, don't remember how i got there on a friday night and don't even remember how i managed to post a review on here before i left. awsome pics and vids ppl keep it up!!! it's 1:30am now and i gotta work in 7 1/2 hours but i've got tiesto playing here and so there is no chance i'm going to sleep b4 i'm done listening to him!!

I gotta say that this was an event i was pumped up for such a long time now, waiting everyday, counting the days, hours, and minutes. And now since it's over, it seems like it went by sooo fast and i'm so sad b/c of it. Why can't we live in europe where this is happening non-stop!!! Oh well, you gotta cherish these moments i guess. That's the kind of moments i live for!! Watching everyone enjoying the music, pumping everyone up (what Nada was doing on that stage) and having the best time of their lives!! TRANCE FOREVER!!!!

p.s. just wanna say how crazy it was when i realized i forgot my id when i got to the docks, took my buddy's car, made it back to richmond hill and back to the docks in 34 minutes, and they never checked my id at the door!!! and the funniest thing ever is that i ended up losing it in the club!!! that's just retarded!!

i'm absolutely puzzled as to why there are so many positive reviews. a lot of people have posted what i think are accurate reviews of the night. if it was any other dj that played this set w/ the same conditions, we'd see a lot more negative reviews.

stop worshipping the dj. the docks was WAY over-crowded and the sound system definitely needed to be turned up. let me say this again, the SOUND system needed to be turned up. but i guess many people where too busy chanting "teeee sssss toooooo" to notice. i know a lot of people go to these parties to see the dj, but just because it's tiesto doesn't mean that the club is off the hook for not delivering in term of sound, and it also doesn't mean that tiesto is off the hook for just leaving at the end of his set.

I have to agree with you on this one!! I'd have to slap any other dj for doing this, but b/c it was Tiesto and he's my god, i cannot do that to him or else he'll punish me!! But yea, weak way to go out!! I'm sure if this was one of the Sensation parties, he would have not done that!!
