Some news sources are reporting that it's a Boeing 737, some the A340.
It's definitely the airbus, 737s don't make transatlantic hops and I don't think Air France operates any Boeing aircraft.

Think their are a lot of foreign people on the flight cause flights from France are cheaper than flights from Amsterdam or from other big european cities. Lot of people take off from Paris. Some people have to change over to other flights which came from asian countries. |

it's true.. same with the flights outta London.
not too mention that there were probably a large number of Canadians aboard this flight as well
