Don't bring Le Mans into this. First, it wasn't the GT nor the Z06 that was in it, it was the GT40, and it was a loong time ago. Secondly, I hate how all the Ford boys cum all over the place whenever there's talk of Le Mans and they get to mention how their famed GT40 beat out the Ferrari. It's always made to seem like Ford made GT40, and started owning Ferrari. Details usually omitted by Ford fans: Ford hired a lot of top guns in England (not USA) to build their car, including Broadley (worked for Lola) and Wyer (worked for Aston Martin); the first year (1964) GT40 debuted, it failed miserably; second year they failed miserably as well; 1966 was the Triple crown; 1967 the competition pushed up, and they only got 1st and 4th; after that, they didn't race no more (after proving a point, lol :rolleyes: ). Furthermore, I can't find a figure off the top of my head, but Henry Ford spent like 500 million on the production of the GT40, just to spite Enzo. And yeah, Enzo ended up really hurting :rolleyes:.
