Sure it's $30,000 but only if the damages are below $100,000 after which there is no deductible. This sucks for you because you get the people with minor or dare I say FAKE injuries. For people with significant injuries (like the ones that really do pierce the verbal threshold) this is a great change in legislation cause they get more money. |

| i'm a numbers person .. my dad owns a trucking company and i do all the accounting and payroll for him .. just a lil bit of job security ;) for the most part i love my job .. its just working with my dad everyday im not a fan of .. we are way too much alike! |
