Others who are constantly under the microscope... maybe! |
Everyone says that. Before their employer searches their posts. |

I was working full time at Variety Village Sports and Fitness Centre, it is a facility that is catered towards people with disabilities, basically we just provide integrated programming for people of all abilities. As well I coach synchronized swimming at VV.
However, now that I have gone back to school this year, I am just doing the coaching thing and lifeguarding for the city.
And YES I love my job very much. I find it very rewarding to help those that are not able to have the same opportunities as most people. |

Digi, you're with ??
a) Ontario Hydro
b) Enbridge
c) UG
We do a little bit of business with (b) and (c)

None of the above. What's UG? We're on the smart-metering/billing side of it, which is going to be huge in the coming years (every home by 2010, or so says the McGuinty government).
Of course we still come into contact with the LDCs - I'd be interested in knowing what types of dealings you have with them (to whatever extent the NDA permits :p ).

Up until last may, I worked as a Nuclear Safety Analyst for a company called Nuclear Safety Solutions. While I was there I was mostly involved in the development of Reactor Modelling Software. I basically did a load of computational physics. I enjoyed the job but felt that I could be doing more. As a result, in May I returned to school - I am now a graduate student at Waterloo taking Physics. I work in the field of High-Temperature Superconductivity essentially doing research, and some teaching as a TA. I love being back in school and the research I am doing is really interesting. Everyone should go back to school :). |
