so im guessing the slimey assface magneticaly fuked up the recording? but the bigger question is:
WHY THE WOULD CHLOE BE SITTING ALONE WITH THE PIECE OF EVIDENCE 29835729352 PEOPLE JUST RISKED THEIR LIVES TO OBTAIN??? WHYYYY WTF THIS PISSES ME OFF ABOUT THE SHOW, CERTAIN ASPECTS JUST ARENT THOUGHT OUT |

agreed. but then again miles was someone karen trusted and he has more authority there than chloe does.
what irks me (unless it happend and they never showed it on screen) was that Jack never played the recording to anyone in CTU. at least then he'd have credible witnesses. okay so he has Audrey and Heller. Heller probably cant move his jaw and audrey is his lover...not very concrete stuff. |

Yeah that really bugged me too. As soon as he got the thing off the co-pilot, I was expecting him to check if it's the right one, but he never did. |

| jack knew that miles would be an asshat about this and didnt give chloe it to chloe. instead he gave it to the hot IT girl, then he gave it to audrey, then he gave it to karen, and hes going to give it to the presidents wife, but i dont know what happened to the recording. :stongue: |

| one question that i really wanna know maybe it was explained in an earlier episode but how the hell did henderson know that jack was still alive:conf: i mean remember the first hour they were killing off everyone that knew jack was alive and later framed jack for palmers death in turn bringing jack out of hiding (a bit odd no?) |

they were looking for anyone they could pin Palmers death on and went through his phone records and found that conversation with Bauer from last season. |
