Fernando Torres has already said that he isn't going to change club this season, he's staying with Atl¨¦tico instead.
"They (Atl¨¦tico de Madrid), still wants me to be at the club. If they didn't want me at the club, I would've left a long time ago. There's been a lot of rumours about me an my future under the time I've been on vacation, but I'm staying with Atl¨¦tico one more season."
That's what he said 4 days ago on a pressconference after talking with manager Javier Aguirre about his future.
It looks like Vieria is leaving Juventus though, the fifth player to leave us, and Inter seems to get closer and closer to sign him. It's apperantly almost a sealed deal, The Gazzetta says they want to sign him for 11.5 million ¢ã.
Latest news on Juventus:
Alessio Secco wants to sign Udinese-defender Felipe and Ricardinho from Corinthians.
Milan want to sign Ibrahimovic and Buffon for about 40 million ¢ã according to TuttoSport. They haven't given up their hopes, I'd say go and die Galliani/Berlusconi.
Finally, Livorno's president wants to sign Croatian defender Igor Tudor or Nicola Legrottaglie. They've planned a meeting with Juventus board to discuss this on the 1st of August in Torino.
Inter are still interested in Ibrahimovic/Trezeguet.
Landry Bonnefoi to Metz.
Deschamps is interested in Jean-Alain Boumsong, if this happens, then Zebina will leave Juventus for Newcastle, while Boumsong goes to Juventus, a switch.
Deschamps wants another defender, Gael Givet, from Monaco and he's said that he's been in contact with Juventus, so hopefully we'll sign him. |

Hopefully he will perform well with his new team. We'll see.
Nice font, color and size BTW. :) |
That was his purpose with the World Cup, to get a contract somewhere in Europe and he's managed to get that.
Thanks, that's the piss of Ben color. |

That jumps out a mile. He never says he wants to stay forever. Just another season. He has two season left. If atheletico want decent money for him they must sell him now.
In that press conference he also said that the clun hadnt recieved any offers for him. I think if Milan come in with a good offer they will sell. |

Wouldn't believe that, because he's in Germany currently with the team and then they're going to China for a tour.
Aguirre seems to convinced him for this time, besides, Milan wants Ibrahimovic really much currently.
The chances are very low that he leaves at this point.. |

| I'm surprised by how many players want to play in Serie B, just because it's Juventus. I guess the idea is waste a season, and get a place in a big club afterwards.. |

This is good for us :D
Martin Petrov is staying in Atlético another season, but he's revealed that three clubs has been interested in his signature.
Ariel Ibagaza has been chased by AEK Athens and Mallorca, but it looks like Boca Juniors wants him. So hopefully he'll return home.
Really good news! |

| Bolton & Portsmouth unimpressed by Zigic vs Cork city(?) in the qualifying. One quote was "he's 6ft 8 & didn't win a single header all night" |

Understandable.
The game was boring and the only goal was scored by a Cork-player, a own goal. I'm sure he can do a lot better in Belgrade on Wednesday together with the team.
Man of the match was Milan Biševac, who's a central defender.
Cork should've scored a goal to, they had a header in the bar. |

Valencia loses Pablo Aimar to Zaragoza, who's really on fire this year when it comes to signing players.
Andrés D'Alessandro (Wolfsburg) on loan for 1 year.
Garcia Juanfran (Besiktas)
Sergio Fernandez (Celta Vigo)
Three good players, 4 including Aimar. |
