I don think anyone would not get offended and mad if they ask him/her when his relatives gonna get bombed..
I didn't say nothing cause i knew that the thread starter didn't really know how horrible and disrespectfull is his thread for some people. But really man, I can't even think of my country getting bombed . That's the worst nightmare for me. I really donno what i'd do if it really happens. I can't put my ass in canada and do nothing while my country's getting bombed.
I just hope they find a peacefull way to stop this. And if a war happens Iran's not the only country that would get bombed. There'r gonna be lots of dead and it might lead to other wars since it's gonna make lots of haterd in people...
So let's just hope it won't happen instead of makin countdowns to some disaster. |

The thread starter comes on tranceaddict.com to talk about Iran being bombed, his receding hairline, his car being smashed and dented numerous times (I wonder why) and mail order asian brides. |

Iraq wasn't superior in any of the ways you mentionned, at least not in the same magnitudes Israel and the US are superior to Iran.
Iran and Iraq were basically two third world countries fighting each other, one side was superior in numbers, the other in intelligence. No one prevailed, no one was supposed to.
Today Iran is facing tactical bombardments, not invasion. Iran can't do anything about it. Sure they'll shoot down some planes, but the destruction of key military points and its nuclear plants will be completed faster than you think.
1 million iranians can't just head to israel, there's just over one thousand kilometers seperating Iran and Israel. A logisitical nightmare and not mentionning very easy targets to the Air Force.
So my answer to the thread's question: as soon as possible to get this thing over with and start pressuring Syria then bomb them:toothless |

Well, this is a debate, so speak your mind. If you scream derogatory and bigoted references, then that's out of line. However, if those are your true thoughts, then so be it. Additionally, there are two sides to this. For and against, with several degrees of each.
Iran cannot be invaded successfully, due to its mountainous terrain. I believe the UN is going to sanction the hell out of Iran. I have read reports that state Iran is months, if not years away from nuclear weapons. Depending on if the former is the case, then the option may end up being to airstirke their nuclear facility. However, I have it in mind that Iran would be protecting against this, and bombing might injure, but not cripple their operations.
Those of you with in-depth knowledge, what do you think Iran's plans are or might be?
extacy_bomb, I believe you're from Iran, right? Goodvibe, are you as well (I apolgize if I'm off-target)? What do you guys think, since people seem to be pretty up on their native land. |

Iran isn’t Iraq, one does not simply ‘bomb Iran’ and walk away. Iran has always remained the superior Middle East force to oppose the states since as long as I can remember. The only reason Iran isn’t under attack is because the US knows that the consequences would be much greater then they want to handle. Nevertheless, if by chance Iran does get invaded by force – I can guarantee you with its support spread all over the globe; Iran won’t sit around and take it.
And Malek you're way off my friend. The majority of the arms supplying the Iraq vs Iran war for the Iraqis came straight from the states. My grandfather and uncle both lost their lives fighting that war, so I like to stick to the facts. |

Iran will never be invaded, its useless, it'll get bombed, with a worldwide support. Except maybe from Cuba, North Korea and other mickey-mouse-à-la Iran countries.
Anyone of you remember how mighty the Irakian army was showcased in the media before the first gulf war? one million man, ten thousand heavy tanks, missiles, etc etc... it fell down like a castle made out of playing cards faster than anyone expected.
Why? because their army had very low morale, they didn't like their leaders.... the same thing in Iran, the young are the majority of the country, they don't want anything from their leaders and regime, they don't believe in a integrist muslim country. The cracks are showing, its only a matter of time before it all comes down. |

It won't be an annexation war like Iran-Irak (over some land), nor an invasion like Irak to topple the govt, but strategic bombardments of key elements.
