Do you have any phat bass patches or really chunky leads? I just cant wrap my head around the synth. Need something a little bit stronger than your normal swooshy pads and leads. Thanks if you can help man

Thanks!

Here is some Rapture programs I posted a few days ago. Give them a try.

Adam's Rapture Programs (CLICK HERE)

I'm new to the game here, but from what I have discovered about Rapture is that it can be the virtual analog synth to replace all others. You just have to know how to program it.

I bet I (or someone else) could take any preset from Z3TA+ or Vanguard, for example, and recreate it in Rapture.

I bet a year from now that Rapture will be the synth of choice for many people here. For some reason, people shy away from Cakewalk. They really make stellar products.

that's cool adams... i guess the reason i have not used any matrix-setting-based vsti because i still don't know how to use it, it's kinda complicated to me. i'm find those with just a few knobs easier to use... perhaps another tutorial on how to use Rapture (after reading your thread on how to operate rapture, i still don't know how to use it)?

excellent - thanks man

I already grabbed those programs and like em all :)

I'm struggling around z3ta+ at the moment but might try and use rapture more. Just wish it had some more decent presets to work about with.

good work though Adam - keep us posted if you get any other chunky ones done :)

What do you guys think about Vanguard?!

Is it just my idea, or does the Vanguard sound kinda "digital", especially when the filter is full open?!

Anybody could post a good audio demo of a superstring sound made with Vanguard. If you make it sweep, make sure you sustain it long enough with filter full open to hear how it sounds then.

Thanks! :)

i tried man... but it just don't really sound that nice to my ears. but anyway, here's the render

Haha, i remember this, this is when i was a beginner at producing and I was asking about the synaesthesia synth sounds, back in like 04. BTW no more sounds from me for a while, my computer crashed, and i had to reset my computer back to factory setting, whenever i feel like getting all my disks and reinstalling all my software, that's when I'll start doing something.
