| Honestly do you guys do anything besides those lame saw sounds? There are other wave forms and other sounds. It is terribly overused and awfull to listen to repeatedly as we all know what the damn things sound like. |

Was that post repeated on purpose? :p
I agree that supersawish sounds are way way way overused in trance, though. Viva variety! :) |

I dont' really care about the sounds, I couldn't give 2 s actually, as long as it's not low quality. I look for cool melodies, and the actualy composition skill.
Peace! |

| I guess the guitar, and orchestra are the most overused sounds ever then. Just playin. |

I think saw leads can be cool, (I don't think they're "lame") it's just that I think it's weird how it seems like a requirement these days for a song to have one if it's going to be considered trance. |

Don't get me wrong, I like a good saw lead. But a big part of why I like trance and other electronic music is that the "pallet" of sound textures at a producer's disposal is limited only by his skill and not (ideally) by "how [such-and-such-genre] is 'supposed' to sound," so I find it weird that so many songs are all centered around the "massive saw lead sound" when there are so many other possibilities. |

| If I listen to a set (an amazing set, full of brilliant melodies, and great energy) that is just FULL of supersawish lead sounds, I do find it a bit tiresome. |
