P.s. Unlike Soccer teams, most of the people who play in NFL are drafted from college and majority have college degrees. Many are even successful businessmen after they retire from Pro sports. The requirements for college football teams are quite demanding - you have to maintain a high GPA to play sports. Otherwise, you're kicked off the team.

and the reason why ppl don't liek soccer in north america is cause we suck it at so we dont play when we get older. everyones played soccer when they're kids on teams but once u reach highschool there's barely anything out there for soccer lovers because we suck at it lol. i guarantee you if canada made the world cup, every TA on here would watch its game and be damn proud. soccers by far the most physically demanding sport out there. look at the damn field, tell me any of the football/basketball... baseball players lol. can run up and down that field while juggling a ball with their legs. |

See I'm a huge Formula 1 fan, and I love motorsports. I love everything about advancements in the automotive industry, I like LeMans type racing, GT cars, touge, wangan and all that . I guess it's racist if you think that only black people play football... There's a ton of stupid white linemen in there, too. Also, rap music is full of stupid people. Sadly, it wasn't always like that. Look at the rap of 20 years ago and then look at today's stuff. It's pure . It used to have a voice that spoke of social issues, now it's got a voice that says, "For us, there are no social issues anymore, because we're richer than God and get all the we want. We can buy our way to equality."
Also, the fact that you would even dare saying something so ridiculous as the college paragraph just astounds me. Do you think any of these kids are actually doing their own work??? It's no secret that athletes get preferential treatment from colleges (and even high schools), because it's sports that bring in donor money and prestige, not academics. Do you really think that the basketball players at Duke, Princeton, Stanford, etc. are all really smart kids with high SAT scores who just happen to be good at basketball?? Same for football. College is nothing more than the minor leagues for these guys. Quite honestly, it pisses me off that these people get the same degree as I got for working my ass off through school, when all that they should get is acknowledgement for being good athletes. |
