Got a q for you... You know my style and we usually have the same feelings about venues, crowds, etc. I'm planning on going to this. Was Roseland a good venue? Do you think I'll regret going? |

roxy seems like a LONG time agooo
i haven't been to a PVD event SINCE that one. i just ill just see what happens. im pretty much going to see some friends I haven't seen in a LONG time so that will make it fun :D |

When we went in March, the crowd wasn't bad at all. It was the same as most trance events, where you've got your groups of cracked out old asians. The guido population wasn't nearly as noticeable, though. The venue was pretty large compared to the tickets sold, so space and overcrowding wasn't a problem, and makes avoiding the undesirable groups easier.
Bartenders were slow, but the drinks weren't bad as far as price and they were really strong. Bathrooms for guys weren't a problem and you were in and out immediately, but I think girls had lines.
The sound had a bit to be desired in spots, but it was no worse than Crobar has been anytime I've been there. Lasers were good, which I'm sure they'll have again. I don't think there's a dress code at all, so you might even be able to pull off your hat.
I'd guess you'll have a good time. We did last time (here's the review thread - http://www.tranceaddict.com/forums/...threadid=329058). We're going to save ourselves for Friday and Saturday, though. |

yea the venue itself was ok
i mean back in march i got there around 11pm and i waited the most 10 min to get in
then there was no line for coat check or the mens bathroom
but yea the bar situation sucked they had 2 bartenders and it took atleast 10 min to get a drink but they were good
the sound was good imo lasers and lights were dope
crowd was ehhh
like in the back they had places where you can sit but it was all cracked out asians and i mean really fuked up ones like they were on the floor and |
