| ableton that's run on a laptop like PvD did back at CP is a lot more prone to crashing cause the system cant seem to handle it sometimes with other apps running...for example ive been told that sasha runs his software off a G5 (prob a mac pro now) which reduces the chances of it crashing since it has more than enough ram and processing power..has armin started to use ableton in his livesets too? thought it was just for his radio show |

Maybe Ableton just doesn't like trance. :p
And I don't think the PvD @ Roseland thing was Ableton, especially because he runs two laptops and could have just switched over to the 2nd one rather than have no music at all for a few minutes. I think it was a power issue, though I'm not sure because I wasn't behind the booth. |

Hated the drummer. But I thought his CP set was great! Looking forward to Nov. 22!! His show there in March was amazing! |

2 minutes later Paul is still explaining something..
Host guy: "Please, show them five minutes of skills."
Seemed like the host was getting a little antsy with him! I must say that what Paul does with Ableton is very impressive.

you're talking about Love From Above? God I thought he was ing AWFUL that night... i'm also an ex-PvD fan btw, stopped liking him in late 02 as well. i cant stand the f0cker anymore tbh. |

yea! in fact, reenteenteen, i just dont get why you'd consider yourself an ex-pvd fan if you've seen him 6 times this year and are making it somehow a reason to see him once again in roseland.. that baffles me.. sounds like a hardcore pvd fan to me! |
